Each engagement is governed by its own statement of work covering scope, fees, milestones, intellectual property and confidentiality. Where terms conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Telecommunications retail
AR Media is an independent authorized retailer and is not the official website of any telecommunications provider. We may present plans from providers including Frontier Fiber, Spectrum, AT&T Fiber, EarthLink, Optimum, Kinetic, Xfinity and other available providers. Service terms, pricing, promotions and installation are set by the provider, not by AR Media.

All provider names, logos and trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AR Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published here.
